What is the SME Packages – Digital?

The SME Packages – Digital is a government support program designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Luxembourg integrate digital solutions. The goal is to optimize internal management and improve online visibility through the intervention of an accredited expert (such as ACTECH Consulting sa).

Digital Marketing: Website creation or redesign, social media strategies, and campaigns.

How much is the grant?

The financial support granted by the Ministry of the Economy is highly incentive-driven.

  • 70% coverage of the project’s eligible costs.

  • Project budget: The total quote (generated by us) must be between €3,000 and €25,000 (excl. VAT).

  • Reimbursement: The company pays the final invoice, then receives the subsidy reimbursement (in the form of a voucher) after the implementation is validated.

Who is eligible?

Clients must meet the following criteria to qualify for the grant.

  • Have their registered office in Luxembourg.

  • Hold a valid business permit (autorisation d’établissement) issued by the Ministry of the Economy.

  • Meet the legal criteria of an SME (in terms of staff headcount, annual turnover, and balance sheet total).

How does the process work?

Getting your digital project funded is straightforward—here is how the step-by-step process works from your initial analysis to receiving your 70% reimbursement:

Pre-analysis

(Mandatory Step)

The client contacts the House of Entrepreneurship (or the Chambre des Métiers for artisans) to analyze their digital maturity.

(Our Intervention)

The client selects their package and turns to us (actech.lu). Together, we establish a tailored quote (between €3,000 and €25,000 excl. VAT).

(Government Approval)

The chambers of commerce/trades assist the client in submitting the application. The Ministry of the Economy reviews and approves the aid request.

(Implementation)

We implement the digital solution. Once the project is completed, a final evaluation meeting validates the file, the client pays our invoice, and receives the 70% reimbursement.
